愛地球學院整理一系列本住（SHOULD）團隊重視的議題，本住希望透過愛地球學院，分享「愛地球」的各式資訊，並與本住的理念與創新商業模式相互結合，傳遞「人就該這樣住」的核心理念，號召更多人一起打造「健康、永續」的生活空間。

關於本住

本住以「人，本來就該這樣住」為核心理念，打造平台整合先進科技、營建經驗、系統與能源管理專業及業界資源，推出零熱排、淨零碳排、淨零耗能的正能量空間，進而創造永續城市並追求人類需求與自然環境的平衡發展。

以上述主張為核心，本住攜手業界專家組成策略聯盟，成員涵蓋富台工程、威立雅集團（台灣）、國際建經、台塑網 iBuild 等優質的精英團隊，共同提出未來建築的新標準。

展望未來，本住將立足台灣，放眼國際。不僅要將理想推廣到全球，號召全世界一起「讓地球降溫 1 度 C」，以循環經濟的商業模式證明：永續發展不光是口號，而是能實際落實的行動。

About SHOULD

SHOULD integrates cutting-edge technologies, has a core focal concept that “the World SHOULD Be. “We focus on reducing fuel consumption, elevating energy transmission efficiency, eliminating carbon and heat emission, and eventually, to build sustainable cities and the world.

Focusing on SHOULD’s mission and vision, we collaborate with our strategic partners – Fu-Tai Engineering and Veolia Water Systems Taiwan Corporation, we are able to accomplish a new low carbon building standard for related industries and supply chains.

Aiming at the future, we set our short-term goal to build our demo sites around Taiwan, and continue our mission to expand its ideation worldwide – “Drop one degree Celsius to save to world.”
